Is there a noise restriction for events? In compliance with local regulations, noise restrictions apply after 12 AM. We kindly ask guests to respect these guidelines to maintain the tranquility of the area.

What is the minimum stay requirement? The minimum stay requirement varies by booking type. To host an event or a wedding, a minimum stay of 3 nights may apply. For other bookings, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required to rent the full villa. No minimum stay is required to rent one or more suites. What is your cancellation policy? Once we receive the payment to book our villa, you can decide to cancel your stay but cancellation fees may apply.
